How should I care for my jewelry?
Dust, pollution, cosmetics and perfumes all conspire to cloud the brilliance of a gemstone and dull the surface of gold, gold vermeil and sterling silver. We suggest that you take the time to properly store and care for your jewelry. We recommend applying perfume or other sprayed substances before and away from your jewelry. Jewelry should always be removed prior to showering.
In general, to preserve the life of your jewelry, we recommend periodic cleanings:
• in warm, mild soapy water with a soft cloth or an old soft toothbrush.
• After cleaning make sure the jewelry has been thoroughly dried (GENTLY pat dry) before storing or wearing. Store in a jewelry box or plastic bag.
• As a rule of thumb, avoid exposure to household cleaners, chlorine (hot-tubs, swimming pools) cosmetics, perfumes, hair products, perspiration, and oils as they may alter the color and stability of the stones.
• Protecting your stones from the elements (sunlight, prolonged exposure to water, heat, and drastic temperature changes) will also help prevent damage and/or discoloration.
• Organic gems such as pearls and coral should be wiped clean with a damp (not wet) cloth as water may alter the stone’s appearance.
• Jasper, Larimar, and Turquoise should be cleaned with a soft completely dry cloth as any water contact may damage the stone.
• Stones such as Kyanite, Opal, and Rhodochrosite are susceptible to thermal shock so any cleaning should be conducted with room temperature soapy water.

What metal do you use for your jewelry?
Our Designer Collection: We primarily use 14k gold-filled or sterling silver wire and findings. Upon request we will work with other metals.
Our Fine Jewelry: We work with ALL metals: Platinum, Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold, etc..
What stones do you use?
We use individually selected, natural gems. Please see the Gem section for a list of the majority of the stones used in our jewelry.
Our Designer Jewelry Collection uses commercial grade to AA quality stones. Each design is priced accordingly to the gem quality and carats.
Our Fine Jewelry: Each piece is custom designed with gem quality stones. Priced accordingly to Carat, Cut, Color and Clarity.
Will you take orders from outside the United States?
Of course! Just place the order and we will do the rest. There may be additional duties, taxes and fees involved in shipping to the various countries which you will be responsible for.
What if my jewelry needs to be repaired?
Our Designer Collection: we take much pride in our craftsmanship, so each piece is guaranteed. We will fix or replace any piece found to be faulty in craftsmanship. Please reach out to our office to obtain a return authorization code and instructions.

What if I lose one earring?
For a fee covering materials and labor we would be happy to make a replacement. Be sure to send us the earring and any parts you still have. Please contact us for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you make custom pieces?
We will accommodate any reasonable request for custom jewelry or modification in our Designer Collection. Please allow for a longer lead-time for all custom requests. A deposit of half the total amount must be paid prior to production. The balance is due prior to shipping. All custom pieces are final.

What is your return policy?
Please understand ALL Back Ordered Items and Custom Items are Made to Order specifically for your order. Returns will be accepted for credit or exchange only if it is a craftsmanship error. How will my jewelry be shipped?
Most packages are sent UPS Ground or USPS Priority Flat Rate, unless requested otherwise. Additional Expedited services is available, where possible: Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day & Saturday Delivery. Can I receive my tracking information?
If you provide an email address with your purchase order, you will automatically receive the tracking information directly from our shipper when your order is shipped.

How long will it take for me to receive my order (Retail & Wholesaler)?
Online Orders: If your item is In-Stock, we will ship it out within Seven business days from the time you order. We will notify you if an item is on Back-Order, and give you approximate delivery time, but we aim to ship Back Ordered items within 5-10 days.
Wholesaler: We will do everything to get your order to you as soon as possible. Since each piece is made to order, please allocate a lead-time of 3-8 weeks depending on the season and complexity of your order.
Can I cancel my order (Custom Work and Wholesalers)?
Cancellations must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of initial acceptance/receipt of order by our office. You will receive a confirmation from us if your cancellation request has been approved. We apologize, but we do not accept cancellations on orders already in production, and remain the financial responsibility of the purchaser. No exceptions.
If I pay by credit card, when will I be charged (Custom Work or Wholesaler)?
Custom Work: 50% deposit upon acceptance of an order, Balance upon completion & prior to shipping.
Wholesaler: The payment will be processed once we start production on your order. Our office will call to alert you before we charge your card.
