SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Standard Shipping & Handling Charges: All orders for items that are In-Stock are shipped within 7 business days after we receive your order. Back Ordered items will be handmade to order within 1-10 business days (depending on the complexity of the design). If you need it by a certain date, please add that detail to your Order Notes or reach out to us via email.  We will do our very best to accommodate all requests whenever possible. Please provide the recipient’s telephone number on all orders. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to international locations. Please contact thoi.info@thoi.net for any interest in international shipping and rates; customs and duties are applicable towards purchaser.

We usually ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. All orders over $500 are shipped INSURED and will require a signature upon delivery, unless you request a Waiver.

Ground UPS Shipping: All orders will be shipped within 7 business days, in the event we are out of stock we will notify you of production lead time. To expedite your order for non-standard UPS ground shipping, please contact the studio directly: thoi.info@thoi.netWe are closed on weekends and observe national holidays.

Combined shipments : To avoid an additional shipping charge, please contact the studio directly to place another order if an online order has already been placed. Shipping reimbursements will not be applied if an additional order is placed online. Possible upgrade eligible on combined shipments. No refunds. Overnight Shipping: If you’d like overnight shipping, please place your order before 11 AM (PST) and we will make every effort to ship in-stock items the same day or the following day for overnight delivery on the next business day. Please check our “calculate shipping” button to view the cost of shipping. One of our representatives will notify you if your item is not in stock.

Saturday Delivery: If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us Monday through Friday at thoi.info@thoi.net  to discuss the available options in your location.

International Orders: To place an order that will ship internationally, please contact our studio at thoi.info@thoi.net

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to Washington State.

RETURN POLICY: Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your Thoi Jewelry purchase, simply contact our studio within seven days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy.

Items purchased at regular price (not on sale) are returnable. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus credit card or PayPal processing fees and shipping cost. Please make sure we receive your return item within 14 days from receipt of goods. Otherwise, a 15% return/restocking fee will be applied on returned items received after 14 days. No refunds after 30 days.

*Items purchased with a discount up to 25% are non-refundable but can be returned for an exchange or store credit. Items purchased at over a 25% discount are final sale and non-returnable.*

Please return your item with original packaging. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Please remember all Special/Custom Orders & Promotional Sale/Outlet Items are final and not returnable.*

SALE ITEMS – All Special Sale | Outlet Items are non returnable-all sales final. Sale prices are subject to change.

Gift Certificates not redeemable via online check out, please contact the studio to apply.

For Exchanges: a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement cost difference plus shipping unless one of our representatives gives you an exchange number.

REPAIR POLICY: If you need one of our pieces repaired, please contact us at thoi.info@thoi.net for further assistance. There may be a slight charge for repairs, so please call our repair department beforehand to discuss the piece in question, obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and further instructions.

In your return package to us: include the piece needing repair (if earrings, send BOTH earrings), your repair instructions, your return information, RA# and package your purchase safely and securely with insurance via USPS Priority Flat Rate or UPS.

All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing of your repair (excluding holidays) – please note that if material for your repair is not in stock, your repair may take longer.
